Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of use. It applies to asondy.com, the dashboard, the cloud relay, the API and the Asondy software whenever it connects to them.

What is not allowed

  • Breaking the law, or storing or sending content you have no right to process, such as code, personal data or copyrighted work you are not permitted to use.
  • Attacking, probing or overloading the service or anyone else’s systems, including scanning asondy.com outside the security research rules below.
  • Getting around sign-in, request limits or other controls, or reaching data that belongs to another account.
  • Sharing your credentials, or giving others access to an account they are not a member of.
  • Using the service to build or run malware, phishing, spam or tools that track people without a lawful basis.
  • Using session scores or action gate results as the only basis for decisions about a person’s employment, pay or eligibility.

Security research

Good-faith security research that follows the reporting rules on the Security page is welcome and does not break this policy.

Enforcement

A breach can lead to removal of content, limits on an account, its suspension or its closing, in proportion to the breach. Where practical and lawful, the account is told the reason and how to respond, and can ask for a review by writing to [email protected]. Serious or repeated breaches, including repeated copyright infringement, close the account.

Reporting a breach

Report a breach to [email protected]. The Legal notice lists what a report of illegal content should contain.
