Operator and scope

Asondy is a software project developed and operated by João Marques as an independent developer. Contact joaoagm90@gmail.com with questions about these terms.

These terms describe use of the website and connected service features. The license distributed with a software component governs the rights granted for that component. A separate written agreement may specify additional service conditions.

What the service provides

Asondy provides an agent working loop, checks at supported gates, dashboards and connected verification features. Availability and enforcement vary by coding tool, configuration and deployment. A passing result applies to the conditions evaluated and the revision checked; it is not a guarantee of defect-free software or legal compliance.

Accounts and authorized use

• Use accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access.
• Keep credentials confidential and report suspected account misuse by emailing joaoagm90@gmail.com.
• Submit only content you have the right to process and share with the selected features and providers.
• Do not use the service to attack systems, access another user’s data or evade access controls or resource limits.

You remain responsible for deciding which changes to accept, execute, deploy or merge, and for maintaining appropriate backups.

Your content

You retain your rights in the code and other content you submit. You authorize processing of that content to deliver the features you request, such as verification, session display or optional model routing. This permission does not transfer ownership of your code to Asondy.

When using Asondy on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Configure only integrations and providers that the organization permits for the submitted content. Do not use session scores alone to make employment, eligibility or other significant decisions about people.

The Privacy notice explains the different data flows. Your selected model and authentication providers may have separate terms.

Software license

The Asondy engine’s source is distributed under Elastic License 2.0. It permits use and modification subject to its conditions, including restrictions on offering substantial functionality as a hosted or managed service, bypassing license-key functionality and removing protected notices. Other components may carry their own licenses.

Website typography uses Inter under the SIL Open Font License. Adapted interface components and their license terms are recorded in the third-party notices.

Third-party product names and logos identify integrations and belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or a commercial partnership.

Charges and third-party services

These pages do not establish a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Any paid offering must state its price, billing conditions and applicable cancellation information before you agree to it. Your coding tool and model provider may charge separately under their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

Features can be affected by maintenance, network failures, provider changes and software defects. No service-level commitment is made by these pages. Review the scope of the configured checks and keep independent safeguards appropriate to your work.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or rights to bring a claim. Read the European Commission guidance on unfair contract terms.

Changes, suspension and ending use

You may stop using Asondy and remove its local integration. You can request deletion of hosted personal data as described in the Privacy notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security incident or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, the operator will explain the reason and available resolution. You can request review by emailing joaoagm90@gmail.com. Material changes to agreed service terms require appropriate notice and cannot remove mandatory rights.

Applicable rights

The laws and mandatory protections applicable to the operator, user and transaction continue to apply. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using the courts or remedies available to you under applicable law. Contact the operator with questions or to seek a resolution to a concern.
