Terms of service

The service

asondy provides a deterministic verification harness and a hosted relay that records session evidence and verification verdicts. The service is provided for verifying agent work; it is not a policy engine and does not execute your project code on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• Keep your credentials and API keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under them.
• Do not use the service to transmit malware, attack other systems, or evade the rate limits.
• Do not submit content you are not permitted to process.

Your code

Submitted code is processed only to run verification gates and is deleted when the job ends, as described in the privacy policy. You retain all rights to your code; we claim none.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is and as available, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice in the dashboard, and may suspend accounts that breach them. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
